Welcome to all alumni! Climb all the way to the top of the Museum (or use the elevator) and view the Le Mars’ 150th displays in the Study Hall. Check out the exhibit of period clothing and accessories provided by the Plymouth County Family and Consumer Science Club. Don’t miss the historic photos of Le Mars in the first floor School of Champions hallway.Explore all five floors of exhibits! Highlights of your visit: first floor – Shoot some hoops in the 1925 “Old Central” Gym; lower level – Milk Maggie the cow and stop by the Floyd Valley Railroad Club’s train room; second floor – See the Museum’s gem, the Religious Heritage Room; third floor – Enjoy root beer floats in Miller’s Lunch, a 1940s diner; and fourth floor – Check out the Sports Room adjacent to the Study Hall. Saturday – Log Cabin Day honoring the Museum’s two log cabins. Civil War re-enactor. American Indian fry bread. 3:00 p.m. – “Cherry Pie on the Porch”, honoring the memory of Cherry Cliff.
