The Le Mars Ice Cream Days committee is now taking applications for food vendors to participate in the 2025 Ice Cream Days Festival. Food vendors will be stationed along streets surrounding the Olson Cultural Events Center and carnival in downtown Le Mars on Friday, June 20 from 4:00pm – 9:00pm and Saturday, June 21 from 11:00am– 9:00pm.
$75 per 5-hour shift (3 total shifts available.) Please indicate below the shifts you will be serving food. You must serve food for the entirety of the shift(s) you sign up for.
Vendor applications must be submitted no later than Friday, May 2, 2025. Considerations will be based on competing food categories and the time of application submission. Submittal of an application does not guarantee participation. All accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email within two weeks of receiving the application.
It is the vendor's responsibility to acquire all necessary permits. If needed, please click here to download a Temporary Food Establishment application from the Siouxland District Health Department.
All vendors must be self-reliant for power. No electrical hookups are provided. Please indicate if a generator will be used for your operation.
All food vendors will be stationed along the streets of the Olson Cultural Events Center and carnival, where daytime and evening performances, events, and entertainment will be held.
The Ice Cream Days festival will operate, rain or shine. There are no refunds.
Garbage bins will be provided for the disposal of waste and food products. No coals, grease, or waste of any kind may be disposed of on any festival grounds, parking lots, or dumpsters.
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
